| Hello All. First post. I recently installed a Steble air horn on my BMW. It is compact, compressor and twin horns are in the same small package, and very loud (139db). It is made in Italy and comes in two versions, black and chrome. You can get it at twistedthrottle.com for 35.95 black and 39.95 chrome. It comes with a relay but you will need some parts to complete the installation ie: wire, spade lugs, in line fuse holder, 20 amp fuse, tie straps, and crimping tool. The installation instructions suck. I had to remove my gas tank and I took my time. I had it completed in around two hours. This included a trip to Radio Shack. However, you will love the sound and so will your moto buddies. Every rider that hears it wants one. If you are tired of cars invading your space and not hearing you, get this horn. You will not regret it.

| I am preparing to install th dual Stebel horns. I misplaced my May '07 MC News with Moshe Levy's article. I need to know which terminals of the relay to bridge with the diode as well as the specs of the diode. Thanks. Sincerely: Shovelmike.

I also have a Stebel air horn. You can't beat the performance or value. It does require a relay. A lot of retailers will provide the relay with the horn. It is not difficult to install. At 139 db, it will beat out a lot of auto horns. It has saved my rear end several times. Even the 18 wheelers can hear it. It will get the attention of the most inattentive cell phone user. Highly recommend it.
