Thanks everyone for the well wishes. I just can't imagine riding every day in a place with traffic like Chicago. You guys who do that on a daily basis really get my respect.
I did notice that my ride today I did not see much traffic on the country roads as I normally would on such a nice weekend day. I figure the price of gas might have something to do with that. Less cars on the road mean less stupid people. Maybe the high prices won't be so bad for us after all.

Torque - you should take a trip to New Jersey. In this state, when a driver has his right turn signal on it means he is turning left. I think it's even in the driver's manual!
Now, let me get this right - is it one down, four up?
