It really irks me to day this.  SRG, Are you listening?

The couple of times I've gone into HD dealerships with a problem (once with a tire problem), the guys in Service and Parts went out of their way to help me.  One even went so far as to sell me a new tire for my Honda and mount it on the spot. 

Good business is good business no matter what name is on the outside.

Torq did you do the right thing to help the HD dealer out, email them a link to your review here, and also CC one to the Honda dealer.

I always let places know what I think whether bad or good, otherwise how will they improve.
